° Published writing experience in the real estate industry (realty writers only) ° Newsletter writing experience ° Design and editing skills (extensive editing experience a must) ° Research and content development experience for realty marketing purpose, consumer education, and company news reporting/ press release info. Remote Work Only: This is a work-from-home / remote position for United States residents that do not require work sponsorship. Work will be completed (100%) remotely, however, in-office work may be available and offered to employees after a 90-day probationary period (if interested). Video Conferencing: Team meetings are completed via video bi-weekly (or as needed monthly). Candidates must have video/audio capabilities; compensation is provided for each meeting attendance. Hours: Our firm operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Employees must be available during normal business hours in EST. The Realty Newsletter Writer will work 20 hours weekly.
