Our property management firm will be expanding our services to other areas of the United States, as well as new remote assistance support to our clients. Currently, we are seeking an experienced social media content developer that has a results-driven work ethic to develop and/or write daily content for our social media accounts.

This candidate will have extensive experience writing social media posts for real estate businesses and/or architectural industries within the United States.


Exclusive realty content writing and social media management experience is a must (real estate or architecture-related industry experience only).

Thank you for your interest. Please, only apply if you meet ALL of these requirements (no exceptions): ° At least 5 years of experience writing content directly for a realty business, property management company, and/or architect client(s) within the United States; ° Advanced marketing skills and/or the ability to translate those skills into social media content effectively; ° Excellent time-management skills with a track record for meeting deadlines; ° Professional writing tone that speaks to the industry's audience; ° Experience writing social media ads is a bonus! This is a 100% remote, part-time employee position. Candidate MUST be eligible to work in the U.S. (we cannot hire candidates that require U.S. work permits or sponsorships.) :::Required Disclaimer::: The hired candidate will have access to client data and some financial information after the 90-day probationary period: If offered a full-time position, at that time, the employee must consent to and pass a criminal background check. (Certain felonies will be considered based on timeframe and nature of the offense.) No credit checks are required. We are looking mostly for employment-related fraud/felonies.


Hourly Pay:
$30.00 per hour
Direct deposit or mailed check required.

Flexible Schedule:

° Flexible daytime or evening hours (No weekends or holidays; M-F weekdays only);

° 25 hours per week required (flexible remote hours).

This is a part-time (25-hour) permanent position.
Full-time opportunity with medical/dental/401K benefits will be available after probationary period completion of 90 days.

Annual review provided, with monthly feedback sessions via Zoom meeting and friendly team support through our encrypted internal platform.

Work laptop and home office stipend will be provided after successfully completing 90-day probationary period.
