We are: A Korean food company that has presence in the U.S. grocery market. We want our product labels, newsletters, and recipes to be written in (technically correct) common-day english for our customers. We will provide roughly translated english copy/proofs and would like you to send us back final copy.
You are someone who : - Has the ability to take rough english translations and provide alternative copy that is technically accurate using phrases and colloquialisms that an average American consumer would understand. - Understands technical food terms and usage. Understand how CPG companies write product features, recipes, describe taste & flavor, and make things sound delicious! - Has previous experience copywriting/editing for food brands, package labels or - Experience or knowledge about Korean food (a plus!)
More Details: - Work will mainly be editing newsletters and product catalogs. May also occasionally include creating slogans or other food product-oriented copy. Will rarely include editing consumer-use surveys. - Workload will typically be 1-2 hours/month. Some months may have up to 4-5 hours/month if there are larger projects.
Regular monthly work guaranteed.
