The BUILD Initiative is seeking to fill three State Document-Writer positions in California, Minnesota, and New Jersey for Project HOPE. The role of the Document-Writer is to support the learning and help document the process of change within the cross-system early childhood team during the length of the project. Documenter-Writers will:
Capture themes during team meetings;Interview team members regularly about the process, major opportunities, and obstacles in Project HOPE;
Provide monthly summaries to the state leads and BUILD regarding the state and community activities, including meetings, interviews, beneficiary voice visits, etc. These summaries will be written to reflect the context of the opportunities and challenges the state team faces throughout the project.
Compensation and Hours
Compensation will be based on experience and may range $35-60 per hour. The documenter will work approximately 16 hours a month in this role for their team.
The individual will be expected to sit at in-person and virtual meetings throughout the month. Statewide travel is likely depending on meeting locations and is fully reimbursed. Applicants need to reside in the state for which they are applying (CA, MN, or NJ). The term length of this position is from March 2019 and concludes in April 2020.
