Grant Street Group is a growing SaaS provider to public sector clients. Whether it is tax processing, electronic payments, or internet bond auctions, we have tools to make government work better.
In this position, you would be creating training and informational content that will help our end users learn and train on our tax collection and billing software. You will create this informational content by becoming an expert on our learning management software, WalkMe. This is a 6-month contract position.

You love learning. You ramp up quickly on new technologies, and you don’t shy away from asking questions when you don’t understand something. You are excited by the prospect of assessing customer use cases and pain points to come up with creative solutions. You do not need software development experience, but you should be an expert software user. You’re the person others go to with questions, you’ve created training manuals, and you often think about ways to improve software to help others.
You are a great writer. You can explain things in simple, clear ways. You think about the reader and are good at making complex topics simple to understand. In this role you’ll communicate clear workflows to help the end user of our applications, but you’ll also collaborate with subject matter experts to learn our software’s business logic and navigation.
You sweat the small stuff. You’ll fixate on figuring out the best format for delivering engaging material and design strategies based on the desired learning outcomes. You’ll rely on your exceptional attention to detail to make sure that we maintain visual and instructional standards for learning solutions across the organization.
