I have an article writing job for a few blogs–if you are interested in some extra income while working from home. This is a trial gig, with the potential for long-term ongoing work, based on your quality of writing. US ONLY PLEASE: must be able to research and write clearly. The Workflow Style: I will provide you with the article topic, title and an example article. You'd simply research and write a 1,800 - 2,000 word article for each assignment. You'll be required to place a list of reference sites where you did the research so I can cite them when published. I'll give you a simple style guide to follow to ensure the formatting is clean. Publishing Objective: The articles will be published on my other architecture and real estate websites, and you will NOT be credited. (Must be 'ok' with being a ghostwriter.) It is important to be able to write in a conversational tone that's appropriate for both personal and business blogs while still providing solid information. The articles will follow a very specific format that will aid in writing the articles. What I Require and What's Expected of My Ghostwriter: Native English Active Google Account to submit using Google Docs. Interested in completing this job quickly for the fixed amount of $30 per article. Articles will be checked for plagiarism and grammar. Copied content will be rejected and you will not be considered for a long-term opportunity. You do not need to be an expert in the field for any of the articles assigned to you, but you will want to research each topic as assigned so you have general knowledge and can provide quality content. Revisions will be expected until we are completely satisfied with the article. Need fast turn around - no more than 1-day per article. Interest in a potential longer-term writing assignment after the successful completion of this job. I want to add a few people to my content team to write about 30,000 - 50,000 words a month. There is also the possibility of increasing rates based on quality of content after you have done a body of work! INSTRUCTIONS: Please respond via email with: 3 sample articles (1000+ words) in 3 different niches/topics that you've written. A paragraph about your experience as a ghostwriter in the architect/real estate/ interior design industries. In the subject line, type "Ghostwriter for Greer" Due to an anticipated high volume of candidates, I can only respond to those that strongly match my current projects needs the most. Looking forward to working with you! Your Referral Source: RemoteWriterJobs . com SUBMIT YOUR INTEREST #Remote #USA #Greer #Ghostwriter #Architect

We are a commercial real estate brokerage looking for someone to help design, research and write both a hard-copy and electronic newsletter to be sent to our clients between 4 and 6 times per year. The successful candidate does not necessarily need real estate experience, but should have some experience researching and writing something of a similar nature. In addition to creating the layout, we will need some assistance researching the specific topics and content for each issue. This will include recent sales activity, current "on-market" opportunities, market data/trends/statistics (such as vacancy rates, rental rates and interest rates), noteworthy major development projects (i.e.; opportunity zones, light-rail, new freeways, new building construction), and so on. In most situations we will specify the major topic for each issue but would ask for your input and ideas as well. If you can also help us with a weekly blog post, and have experience blogging, then that would be a nice bonus, although we are also OK using two different people if necessary as we really want to work with an experienced blogger. Tell us what you would charge for either or both assignments, on either a monthly or "per project" basis. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
